Concert recorded at the Fillmore East in New York City on October 3, 1970, which at the time served as the basis for the famous album "Johnny Winter And Live," the latter actually being a compilation of tracks from various performances by the band.
Featuring Al Kooper, who played the incisive organ part on ‘Like A Rolling Stone’, and guitarist Steve Katz, who formed Blood, Sweat & Tears with Kooper in 1967 (Katz would also produce the Lou Reed albums ‘Rock & Roll Animal’ and ‘Sally Can’t Dance’).
